Privacy Policy

Blue Collar Deal Sheet is operated by Aspendora Technologies, LLC("we," "us"). This policy describes what information we collect from subscribers and visitors to bluecollardealsheet.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We deliberately collect as little as possible.

• When you submit the reserve form: your name, email address, company name (optional), the metro you're asking about, and any message you include.
• When you subscribe: billing details are collected and stored by our payment processor (Stripe). We receive from Stripe: your name, email, subscription status, and the metro you selected during checkout. We do not see or store your card number.
• Server logs: our reverse proxy and application logs capture IP addresses, timestamps, and request paths for operational and security purposes. Retained approximately 14 days.
• Cookies: we do not set tracking cookies. Stripe Checkout may set its own cookies during the payment flow; see Stripe's privacy policy for details.

We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party ad-tracking.

How we use it

• To confirm metro availability and respond to reserve-form submissions
• To deliver the weekly Deal Sheet by email to active subscribers
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To send transactional communications (renewal notices, account changes, service updates)
• To operate and secure the Service

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not send marketing email to anyone who hasn't actively reserved, inquired, or subscribed.

Third parties we use

A small set of service providers help us run the business. They process your data only as needed to deliver their service:

• Stripe — payment processing, billing, receipts
• SMTP2GO — transactional email delivery
• Cloudflare — DNS, domain registration, and edge traffic
• Vultr + Proxmox — hosting infrastructure

How long we keep it

• Subscription records: lifetime of your subscription + 7 years (for tax and accounting compliance)
• Reserve-form inquiries: 18 months
• Server logs: ~14 days
• Email delivery logs (via SMTP2GO): 30 days

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Email lacy@bluecollardealsheet.com and we'll respond within 14 days. If you're a resident of California, the EEA, the UK, or another jurisdiction with specific data rights, the rights applicable in your jurisdiction apply.

Children

The Service is intended for business buyers and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy materially, we'll update the "Last updated" date and email active subscribers.
